Refund policy
At Prime Expat Services, we are committed to providing high-quality relocation, legal, and consultancy support for those moving to Phuket. Because our services involve personalized time, expertise, and the immediate allocation of professional resources, we operate under the following policy:
1. Services Only
Prime Expat Services provides professional services and digital consultancy. We do not sell, ship, or handle physical goods or products. Therefore, policies regarding shipping labels, physical returns, or damaged packaging do not apply to our operations.
2. No-Refund Policy
All sales of service packages, consulting sessions, and relocation support are final.

Once a service has been initiated or a consulting session has been booked, no refunds will be issued.

This policy ensures that our experts are fairly compensated for the time reserved and the work performed on your behalf.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that relocation plans can change.

Consulting Sessions: You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time by contacting us at admin@primeexpatservices.com.

Relocation Packages: For ongoing relocation support, cancellations stop future work from being performed, but no refunds will be granted for payments already processed or for work already initiated.
4. Quality Assurance
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you feel the service provided did not meet the standards outlined in your service agreement, please contact us immediately at admin@primeexpatservices.com. We will work with you to address your concerns and ensure your relocation goals are met.
5. European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For clients residing in the European Union: You have the right to cancel your service contract within 14 days of purchase. However, please note that if you request for the services to begin immediately (e.g., immediate visa filing or urgent housing search), you acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund once the service has been fully performed.
